What this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
C-Success Multiservices Limited (RC 752491) is the data controller for this website. You can reach us on +234 813 111 2348 or +234 909 602 2577, or by post at 4 Georges Street By Port Harcourt Road, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria.
You can also email us at info@csuccessmsltd.com, which is the route for the requests described further down.
What this website collects
Nothing at all unless you use a form. This site sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
Loading any page here contacts nobody but us. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so simply reading a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for keeping the site running. Those are the host's records, kept for a short period, and are not used to build any profile of you.
The one exception, and it is your choice
The community wall at about, community shows our Facebook posts. Those cards are built here and contain nothing from Facebook, so the page loads without contacting them.
If you open one, Facebook then loads the post or the reel so you can see it. At that point Facebook receives your device's address and may set its own cookies, exactly as if you had gone to Facebook yourself. That is Facebook's collection under Facebook's own policy, not ours, and we receive nothing from it.
Nothing loads until you press a card, so if you never open one, Facebook is never contacted. Closing the player removes it again.
What happens when you use a form
At the moment nothing does. The enquiry forms on this site are not connected, so they cannot send and cannot collect. When the company mailbox is live they will send us what you typed and nothing more.
We use what you send here only to answer your enquiry. The lawful basis is your request, because we cannot reply without it.
We will only add you to a mailing list if you tick the optional box on an enquiry form. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
We do not sell or share enquiry details with anyone outside C-Success. Enquiries about a specific pack may need to be raised with the manufacturer, and where that is necessary we will tell you before doing it.
- Your name, and your business name on a trade enquiry
- Your phone number, and your email address if you choose to give one
- What you wrote in the message
- Whether you ticked the optional marketing box
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, and you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
To make any of those requests, call +234 813 111 2348 or +234 909 602 2577 or write to us at the address above. We will not ask you to prove anything beyond enough to be sure we are talking to the right person.
Complaints go to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather have the chance to fix it.
Lawful basis, stated plainly
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 we have to say why we are allowed to hold your details. There are two answers and they are different things.
- Answering you. If you send an enquiry we hold it because you asked us to respond, and we could not respond otherwise.
- Marketing. If you tick the optional box we hold your details on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like, and withdrawing it does not affect anything else.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the site as it is built today. Two things would change it: connecting the enquiry forms to a mailbox, and adding any form of analytics. Neither has happened. If either does, this page is updated first and the date at the top changes with it.
